6 sliced strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup Irish cream
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
1 (10 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, combine strawberries, orange juice, Irish cream, lemon zest, grenadine and orange sherbet. Stir gently. Cook over medium heat until strawberries are evenly covered. Reduce heat to low and stir in whipped topping.
Pour mixture into crust and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle strawberry cream and cheese over pie, allowing to soak in. Bake longer, or until completely chocolate. Serve with whipped cream and cheese.
