1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (6 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries, drained
1 cup chopped green onions
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup chopped celery
3 oranges, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
In a medium bowl, mix spinach, strawberries and green onions. Season with salt, oil, lemon juice, celery juice, orange juice, garlic, brown sugar and sliced oranges.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
