Coconut Cream Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups milk chocolate syrup, chilled

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1/2 cup molasses

3 cups flaked coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9-inch pie crust.

In a large bowl, mix pudding mix, milk chocolate syrup, eggs, sugar, molasses, and coconut. Beat well. Pour mixture into pastry shell.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of pie comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in refrigerator.
