Roasted Pork Loin Recipe

Ingredients

2 boneless pork loin steaks

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 onion, finely chopped

salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cups canned broth

3 tablespoons dried minced onion flakes

1 tablespoon dried oregano

4 tablespoons dried rosemary

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add onions; saute until tender. Stir in salt and pepper. Mix in broth, oregano, rosemary, horseradish, garlic and onion flakes. Cook until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F (80 degrees C)

Remove the meat from the pan and place in the roasting pan. Grill for 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness.

I Hate This! It's so simple but it doesn't always work out. I doubled the recipe and found that I stuffed the batter full enough to only use one kind of cracker (ended up throwing everything into the freezer) and that the right amount of cream was needed.
