1/2 cup water
2 slices seasoned bread crumbs
1 (4 ounce) can chopped sweet potatoes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken meat
1/2 teaspoon dried grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) can frozen chopped spinach, thawed
In a medium bowl, mix water, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup sweet potatoes. Place the chicken, oil, garlic, paprika, oregano and basil in a large bowl. Stir together. Mix well. Add the chicken broth, chicken and spinach; mix well. Fold in.
Return mixture to a medium bowl and allow to cook. Stir in cheese. Place coated chicken in a large bowl.
