2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) package New York strip chimichangas, with juice
2 large onions, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar. Beat in egg, onion, lemon juice and dill weed. Mix thoroughly and form mixture into a 12x15 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand in the refrigerator until serving.
