4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 teaspoon butter, melted
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt to taste
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger root
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
In a slow cooker over medium heat, combine the chicken, butter, oil, salt, ginger, crushed red pepper, and ginger root. Mix together and let cook 4 hours, stirring constantly.
