3 eggs
3 tablespoons boiling water
3 cups milk
2 cups white sugar
1 pinch salt
Beat egg whites until foamy. In another bowl, stir brown sugar, salt, milk and remaining sugar until completely dissolved. Beat egg whites into milk mixture. Pour into greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Serve warm or cold.
