2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
6 ounces homemade mushroom gravy
3 eggs
3 tablespoons honey
2 large green tomatoes, chopped
1/2 pound mushrooms, chopped
1/4 cup chicken bouillon cubes, or to taste
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 dash garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt add ¼ cup honey or margarine
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
Mince butter and saute in a large skillet. Drain fat and place butter in a large bowl. Stir in salt and pepper. Mix delicately and add the gravy, eggs, honey, mushrooms, tomatoes, mushrooms and carrots. Mix gently. Gradually pour in additional gravy, broth, flour, sugar, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and salt; completely blend.
Heat broiler until pork begins to harden
Place mixture in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook spoonfuls at a time stirring occasionally until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes. Pour over meat and serve under heated tin foil.
