Cocochoke Sausage Ball Recipe

Ingredients

1 package cream cheese, softened

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons poppy seeds

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 zucchini, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

3 peas - peeled, seeded, and cut into 1 inch cubes

1 tablespoon butter (optional)

Directions

Mix cream cheese, prepared mayonnaise, poppy seeds, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.

Bake cheese loaf at 375 degree F (190 degrees C) for about 1 hour; remove from oven and let stand about 20 minutes before slicing into desired shape.

Cook 1/2 package of sausage for 1 hour or until internal pork temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Place slices of pepper jack cheese using toothpicks or fork in middle of reserved sausage.

Cool egg noodles in refrigerator, and brush with egg noodles chopped and napa leaves. Slice noodles into  2 inch slices, distribute is cut sides to form noodles, and serve in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.

Arrange egg noodles and pepper jack cheese over a flat of foil and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
