2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups white wine
2 (8 ounce) containers sour cream
1 cup grapes
15 zucchini, diced
1/2 pound spicy Swiss cheese sandwich spread
1 pear, sliced in rounds
In a medium saucepan, mix lemon juice, white wine, and sour cream. Stir until strained. Drink hot, and serve immediately.
Remove the pear, and slice into half circles. Place each half slice onto a white muffin, and arrange the first two strips in an overhang. Add half of the cheese, and spread evenly over bread.
