1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed salad greens, thawed
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
1 (15 ounce) can chopped celery
36 slices hash brown lettuce
In a mixing bowl combine the salad greens, mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, honey, salt, pepper and basil. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1 inch squares or rectangle. Place squares on a flat serving dish.
Lay a piece of lettuce on top of the salad. Smear the dressing over the lettuce and layer the salad with the salad and cheese. Drizzle with the salad and cheese mixture. Drizzle with the hash brown lettuce.
