2 eggs
6 fluid ounces milk
1 cup instant chocolate crepe syrup
1 pint beer or vegetable juice, chilled/cold
1 cup sliced almonds
In a large saucepan, toss eggs and milk together. Pour in bottled crepe syrup, pour beer/and milk mixture over eggs mixture with a spatula. Cover saucepan with multiple layers of plastic wrap, heat to boiling, stir until bubbles form. Bring to a boil, and boil gently for 15 minutes. Let cool and chill.
Place in refrigerator; do not open. Heat milk remaining in saucepan. Boil cinnamon-flavored syrup over medium heat; boil off cinnamon.
Place sliced almonds in saucepan. Heat cream of chocolate at HIGH power for 1 minute. Mix together well with warm crepes. Cool slightly.
