Hot Meat Stew Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 onion, sliced into rings

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

2 cups water

6 (8 ounce) cans tomato paste

2 cups water

1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes

1 large tomato, diced

3/4 pound tomato, sliced

1 (2 pound) package taco seasoning mix

Directions

Return rendered fat from pork stomach to pan with liquid. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, celery seed powder, garlic powder, water, tomato paste, tomato soup and water. Heat through and serve.

In a small saucepan or saucepan, bring water and tomato soup to an boil. Boil briefly then remove from heat, and stir in meat and onion.
