6 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
1 teaspoon unseasoned salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
1 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
4 lean ground beef
4 small onions, grated
1 cup white wine
1 (8 ounce) package linguine pasta
1 (8 ounce) package Swiss cheese frittata sauce

In a large saucepan over medium heat, stir together water, garlic, salt, and as much salt as you would like. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and reserve 1 cup of sauce in sauce.
In a large bowl with heavy cream, combine the broth, pork, chopped beef, onions, and white wine. Return sauce to pan; cook, stirring occasionally, until. Stir in reserved sauce, allowing broth to heat through. Stir in the pasta and cook until heated through.
Serve hot with Italian-style sauce, any desired wine and pasta including the tasty mix. Top with shredded Cheddar...
