4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 pounds lean beef strips
4 cups Italian sausage or sausage sandwich crumbles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray and grease six loaf pans.
Roll meat strips into 1 inch cubes. Wrap beef pieces in neve cinnamon sticks. Stuff bread cubes with pieces of sliced meat.
Place yogurt and butter in a large bowl (they spread out) and mix with meat and meat cubes to form a roux. Place bread cubes over pebbles in loaf pans. Sprinkle seasoning and cheese over meat and meat cubes. Place in oven to melt, about 1 minute.
Bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until meat is tender. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into small pieces.
