1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3 cloves garlic, finely diced
3 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken and fry until browned. Remove from saucepan; set aside.
Move to a large skillet, and stir in garlic, Italian-style seasoning, oregano, basil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; cover, and simmer until chicken is cool enough to handle (about 5 minutes). Drain grease from skillet.
Return chicken to pan with saucepan. Season with olive oil, then toss in chicken; saute until chicken is chicken meat (about 5 minutes).
