2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cups white rice
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash onion powder
1 dash ground black pepper
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks
1/4 cup can pineapple juice
In a medium mixing bowl, mix oil, rice, water, salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and pineapple. Mix thoroughly. Cover saucepan and refrigerate. Serve over steamed rice bowl.
