I made these exactly as directed and they were delicious. However I have to say, I really like the spice/lavender blend in them. I may add more in the future but these are a perfect light lunch and dinner mix. I did use the optional addendum of cardemom but I am sure that would be perfect as well. It is an easy way to incorporate more flavor into your day and seasonings are so easy to use! Kids love them! Thanks!

the orange tasteed wonderful, I mixed the orange juice with raw cranberries and confectioners sugar and it came out very, very. I also put small amount of brown sugar in the mix before adding the orange, to give it some color. I did not have a lime, so I put lemon juice instead of lime. I did not get any brown sugar, so I upped the mix amount. I did this by putting half the dry and half the wet ingredients into a food processor, blender or grate really fine. I got about a 1/4 c. difference in texture. I put the orange mixture in my mixer bowl, using the passaggio method. I got about 5-7 minutes. I will try this with other fruits and vegetables, maybe some mints or cherries. It would make a great pot-luck dish! Kids will love it! Thanks!

This is a fantastic light dessert! It has great flavor, and is super easy to make. I put in about a third of the orange, and I put the whipped cream in DC early enough that it didn't harden completely. I put in about 1/2 c. of chopped walnuts, and I omitted the seeds, except for the 2 zest we added (1 tbsp. per cup of orange, and 1 tbsp. per cup of white). I poured about 3/4 c. into my palm, and I let it steep 6 times instead of 4 just because the orange flavor was a bit overwhelming. I guess the next time, I'll add more chocolate, or orange, chips, or orange extract, or both. I'll try adding a crumble of conf. candy or marshmallow first, then the orange, then the walnuts, then the chips, then the orange. I poured my batter into a foil-lined pan
