2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup chopped celery
1 onion, diced
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup cold water
In a large bowl, blend lemon juice, orange juice, water, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, celery, onion, green onions and water. Mix gently to avoid clumps. Chill well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Roll chicken into 1/8 inch cubes. Place cubes on a baking sheet. Brush with lemon juice mixture, spreading evenly. Roast in preheated oven 15 minutes, turning once.
