1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 cups water
1 (16 ounce) bottle cream cheese, softened
1 cup margarine, softened
1 (8 ounce) package diced celery
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vanilla extract
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup baby bella beans
Boil chicken breasts for 5 minutes. Remove breasts and set aside. Add water and cream cheese in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes; stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 25 minutes. Mix together cream cheese and margarine and stir into boiling broth mixture. Bring to a boil. Stir in celery, brown sugar, cranberry juice, butter, brown sugar, almonds, bella beans, 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 1 cup chopped celery. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over chicken.
