Coconut Cream Pie III Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

2 cups whipping cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix pudding, pudding mix and pudding mix. Fold whipping cream into pudding mixture. Spread mixture evenly into pie shell.

Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

I made this recipe for a Christmas dinner, and it was quite good. My husband liked it more for some reason. I don't know why, maybe it is the coconut. I have no idea how many people like this. It certainly surprised me. I don't think it is the coconut, but I also don't think it is the end result. I mean, after trying it, I don't know what I put in it. Maybe the coconut just didn't work for me.
