1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles
2 cups water
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 (16 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup sliced pepper jack cheese flatbread crumbs
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
7 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a large saucepan, combine 2 cups of water, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, pepper jack cheese, flatbread crumbs and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in spaghetti sauce, 1/4 cup Italian seasoning. Place mixture on a large serving platter.
