1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 1/4 cups corn flour
3 tablespoons KRAFT Creamy Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375. In a medium bowl, Combine sugar, corn flour, sour cream, salt, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and cheese, blending thoroughly. Toss well. Pour mixture into 2 or 3 9x5 inch muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
