2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup lemon butter
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Melt garlic, butter and Worcestershire sauce in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat on medium-low so that the lemon zest is completely dispersed. Braise chicken pieces in grease for 2 to 3 minutes in a cool, dry place. Remove chicken pieces to tissue, discarding any juices.
Place lemon peel over meat pieces and place over any juices and skin. Chill until serving.
