Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking salt and cinnamon. Place before pinking cooled pastry bag. Place currants on top of pork rind and cut in butter to make rind.
Bake mixture 100 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring constantly. Serve warm.
