1 (10 ounce) package Grass-Fed Chicken Breasts
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 (16 ounce) cans spicy marinara sauce
1 (8 ounce) jar Marinzo or other spicy Italian sausage, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (6 ounce) can chili sauce
In a large concrete bowl, Blend the chicken breasts, pineapple, sausage and garlic. Spread marinade by putting recipe numbers on skillet and pouring all over the bottom of the chicken. Cover the skillet and refrigerate overnight.
Meanwhile, in another large bowl, combine the active ingredients as follows: ketchup, condiment mixer, warm water, chili sauce and 1 constant tablespoon of sour cream. Mix together and squeeze over coated chicken. Cover the skillet and cook 15 minutes.
