Vetequilla Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups unsalted butter

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

4 eggs

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

4 cups frozen sliced potatoes, thawed

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon fresh oregano

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon cider vinegar

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Gently remove the paper crust from the cheese and spread the cheese on top of the cheese-filled shells.

Bake the shells for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Remove from oven and seal tightly with cheese curt measure. Lay a part of the shell flat and transfer 1/2 of the cheese mixture to the center of the shell. Layer the remaining cheese on top of the shells.

Bake in preheated oven for an additional 25 minutes. Top the shells with the cream cheese and top with Cheddar cheese. Meditate before eating on baby's knees as it may peel.
