1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) jar pizza sauce
1 (5 ounce) package cream cheese and white cheese relish
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Buttered sheeting ready in 10 minutes.
Separate crescent rolls into six rectangles. Slide on prepared dough pieces.
Brush with egg! Spread cream cheese with pizza sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella. Remove edges from sheeting. Cut pastry into strips about 6 inches wide. Spread a layer of cream cheese on each strip, extending at the inward slant from edges. Round center of each disc of dough around the almost-flat bottom. Spread sauce evenly over cream cheese layer. Press edges together lightly. Spread sauce evenly over soup. Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
I did not love this recipe. It was easy but I would not make it again.
