1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/8 teaspoons paprika
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Combine the ground beef, lemon juice, horseradish, sugar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, garlic salt, paprika and soy sauce. Mix well and refrigerate well. Transfer to a large bowl. Sprinkle with sections of lemon slices, overlapping. Roll the meat slices into sticks and shape them into small veggie patties with a thin film of meat in them. Place patties on skewers. Brush with marinade.
Bake patties 45 minutes in the preheated oven or until juices run clear. (If necessary, remove pan from oven and place on the rack to cool as desired.)
