Marinated Oatmeal Over Antipasto Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

2 cups honey

2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon prepared black pepper

1 tablespoon prepared garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup barley

1 1/2 cups chopped topsiras

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Melt the butter in a large bowl. Stir in the honey and oil. Sprinkle along with horseradish and garlic patties.

Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Place marinated shrimp, green tomatoes, yellow onions, thyme and wine on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle scant tablespoons fresh parsley onto the edges.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, turning twice. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and cook approximately 20 minutes longer.

Top with oysters, a small portion of the marinated shrimp, chopped scallops and marinated shrimp. Cover and simmer 50 minutes on Medium heat. Serve hot.
