1 (18.8 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (3.5 ounce) package brandy flavored Jell-O mix
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple juice
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant cream of raspberry jelly
1 cup evaporated milk
3 lemons
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 (10 ounce) can sliced almonds
In a small bowl, mix boiling water with instant lemon pudding mix, boiling water, lemon-lime jelly and lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage. Add lemon-lime juice and crushed pineapple juice; stir until dissolved.
Pour pie filling into crust. Chill in refrigerator, at least 2 hours before serving.
