1 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream margarine and sugar together. Beat in the vanilla, salt, flour and eggs. Stir in milk and pecans. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto unprepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
