4 tablespoons butter
1 cup water
1 (8 ounce) package graham crackers, cubed
3 ounces lima beans, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 1/2 cups minced clams, drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 pinch ground black pepper
3 pounds cheese, cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, butter the tops of graham crackers with water. Pour water mixture over all crackers.
In a medium bowl, microwave the lima beans and remove the pods. Place them in the bottom of a small shallow saucepan. Pour over the graham cracker mixture.
Combine the chopped clams, parsley, red pepper and cheese. Sprinkle mixture over the graham cracker mixture.
In a small bowl, mix clams, parsley, red pepper and cheese stuffing with water. Roll clams into balls and place them in a medium bowl.
