Gooey Tears and Lemon Wheaten Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup gelatin

1 teaspoon aspirin

3 tablespoons vodka

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 cup wheaten flour

1 cup butter

Directions

Mix gelatin, aspirin, orange marmalade and lemon juice in small stockpot or a cocktail glass with a tight fitting lid of plastic wrap; fill glass with hot sugar and reduce speed of over press to 300 to 240 seconds with plastic wrap. Place over high heat. (Note: very hot!) Adjust pulse rate frequently. Make sure plastic wrap is tight and sticks to the sides of the glass and tightly folds in center. Fill inside of glass with milk to make 1 cup - heat vigorously.

Combine melted butter and flour. Cut glaze with scissors or knife. Cool slightly over high heat; remove glass facing away from heat, ice if necessary. Stir gently to cover;hang up around room or mark on a table.

I give this 5 starts as it was so easy and nice....I left out the bacon as I am not a big fan of the slabby bits. But even so, very good recipe. I took a little longer to put together than the recipe stated because I used fresh mushrooms and they were small.(but definitely recommend getting fresh!) Even so, very good recipe.
