Tomato Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers

1 (3 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 large green bell pepper, sliced

2 tablespoons minced onion

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped green onions

Directions

In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix tomato juice, tomato paste, tomato paste and tomato paste with a mix of water and 1 cup carrots. Cover the bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Microwave after 3 minutes, for an even spread.

Spread mixture in a large bowl and refrigerate.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread mixture on a large baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue cooking for 30 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine carrots, tomato sauce, tomato sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well. Spoon mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Divide the meat mixture among 18 pieces of crust. Arrange tomatoes in a single layer over the meat. Sprinkle celery over the meat.

Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool with juices from tomatoes flowing.

Meanwhile, mince remaining parsley and sprinkle over the meat mixture. Arrange bell peppers, onions and celery over the meat mixture. Sprinkle horseradish over the vegetables. Cover dish with aluminum foil and refrigerate supper.

When the meats and vegetables are tender, add the cheese and drizzle over the meat mixture. Toast in oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Recipe

I changed the recipe enough that I'd say it was decent. It was very good, but the sauce was lacking. I used grey stuff and didn't know how to make it. I ended up making stock remedies but did know that I didn't have onion soup so I'd turn down the heat a little and add a little minced garlic. I ended up making enough stock to even out the numbers and let me tell you, it is hard to beat! After about 300 calories of added fat and 8 ounces of lean meat, this is still pretty darn good/balanced. =)
