Ham and Cheese Buffalo Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 cup chopped red bell pepper

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, onion, bell pepper and green bell pepper. Spread mixture evenly into an 8x8 inch casserole dish.

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.

In a medium saucepan, heat the water to boiling. Add the cheese mixture and milk and stir over medium heat until melted.

Melt the cheese mixture and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix dinner roll dough and milk mixture on the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
