Melted Butter Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup margarine

2/3 cup milk

1 cup white sugar

1 cup margarine

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

1 (12 ounce) can marshmallow creme

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine, milk, sugar and margarine until smooth. Beat in the vanilla until just blended. Mix in the eggs one at a time then mix in the marshmallow creme. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool before cutting into squares.

If I could give more stars, I would! This recipe was by far the easiest pecan ice cream I've ever made - and possibly repeated :) Mark my words; this is a good start! We will be making this again!
