1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can chopped onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Microwave cream cheese and mushrooms in microwave for 1 minute, stirring to break up clumps. Stir cream cheese mixture into cheeses. Mix in cheese and mushroom mixture. Spread over the bottom of a large serving dish or bowl.
Lay shredded cheese on top of cream cheese mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Dip the cheese in sour cream and sprinkle evenly over the creamed cheese. Repeat layers and cheese.
