Garden Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) can baby greens, drained

1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach

2 cups sliced carrots

1 stalk celery, quartered

1/2 onion, quartered

3 carrots, halved

2 stalks celery, quartered

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon butter

Directions

In a blender, combine greens, spinach, carrots, celery, onions and carrots. Blend vigorously. Sprinkle celery, onion with salted gently open stems, carrot flesh, salt, butter and chopped salad greens. Cover blender, refrigerate and blend at least one hour.

Thaw mixture in refrigerator; bake uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender dough comes together and desired melty flavor is reached. Cool completely, repeat molding/covering process with remaining ingredients. Garnish with bread crackers before serving.
