2 1/2 cups silk candy baking mix
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, baking mix, brown sugar, vanilla extract and 6 tablespoons butter. Stir flour into the creamed mixture until evenly blended. Mix egg gently into the creamed mixture again. Mix in 1 cup cornflakes cereal. Roll the rolled dough into 1 inch rolls. Place treats on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies spring back when touched. Cool on wire racks.
