1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese frosting
1 (4 ounce) granular sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup sour cream
1 large banana, peeled and sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 8x8 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
Beat cream cheese, granular sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, milk and sour cream until smooth. Stir. Pour mixture into baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely; remove from pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over cooled crust; sprinkle with banana slices. Place on top crust of loaf. Bake 12 to 18 minutes longer, until browned and golden brown. Cool completely. Chill before serving.
