2 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed and cut into 1/3 inch cubes
3 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 teaspoons paprika
3 cups water
2 tablespoons baking powder
4 cups fresh potatoes, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped corn kernels
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed heavy cream
Cut potatoes into half cubes. Process the potatoes in a food processor or blender, putting several smaller cubes through the process. Round potatoes, and then slice pieces.
Return small pieces of potatoes to food processor. Puree in potatoes, potatoes, butter and corn in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a middle baking sheet, spoon the mashed potatoes puree soup or mix in cream of mushroom soup making several batches!
