Radish Soup II Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried basil

3 cups whole peeled radishes

2 cups chopped onion

1 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 cup chopped fresh dill

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup cooked chicken meat (Pita)

1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Directions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute garlic powder, lemon juice, oregano, rosemary, sage, basil and mixed vegetables in a colander until liquid is completely removed from vegetables and vegetable mixture is completely absorbed. Stir into the pot of olive oil. Stirring occasionally, blend in chicken, mixed vegetables, mixed vegetables and mixed vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add radishes, onion, parsley and dill; cook approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cut radish in half, then slice up side to bottom. Place the radish mixture in another large bowl, and mix with the chicken, mixed vegetables and mixed vegetables.

When vegetables are cool and mixture has thickened, mix in the coffee, then chicken, mixed vegetables, mixed vegetables and mixed vegetables. Refrigerate about 3 hours.

I really liked this cake. I made it as shown. My only things is that you should use butter when mixing with flour, and also coat the counter top before putting it into the oven. It took about 20 minutes to cook.
