2 pounds beef stew meat
2 onion, chopped
1 medium head garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme, seeded
2 cups water
1 tablespoon wine
2 cups soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 potatoes, peeled
4 carrots, chopped
2 red onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 Brussels sprouts, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 teaspoons paprika or to taste
Place beef in slow cooker with onions, garlic and thyme. Place stir fry for about 20 minutes on medium heat. Stir fry for about 30 minutes on medium heat.
Add water and wine, stir fry for about 10 minutes. Stir fry beef and onions briefly on medium temperature. Spread over table set aside. Add some vegetable oil, potatoes, carrots, red onions, salt and garlic. Mix well then top with Brussels and paprika. Cook on low for 5 hours. When sauce has reached desired tub, cover and bend ribs so they stick together.
