1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 1/3 cups white sugar
1 (25 ounce) package mass-distilling syrup
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sunflower seeds, crushed
3/4 cup peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups.
In a medium bowl, stir together oats and brown sugar. Stir in 1 cup butter, sugar and syrups. Stir until smooth. Stir in eggs, sunflower seeds and cheese. Pour mixture into prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 18 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
