3 pounds pepper jack cheese, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cut cheese slices into rings. Arrange pepper jack cheese rings in a single layer on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread 1/2 of the pepper jack cheese over the layers. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pepper jack cheese rings. Repeat with remaining pepper jack cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove pepper jack cheese and cheese rings from heat. Cool slightly, and place on serving platter. Sprinkle sauce over pepper jack cheese and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
