1 pound pork loin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place the pork loin in a large pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
Stir the soy sauce and vinegar into the pot. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes more. Season with Worcestershire sauce if desired.
