1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch round pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in the brown sugar and 1/2 cup flour. Mix in the flour mixture, then mix in the milk. Fold in the Cheddar cheese. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean. Allow to cool.
