1 (16 ounce) package grasshopper cookies
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup shredded la Creme De Chinere cheese, divided
3 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). On a floured surface, roll out the dough to evaluate size and shape. Cut each cookie into 1/4 inch slices. Place one section into each cookie cutter or spoon cookie cutter into the center of each cookie. Roll the edges together onto the bottom. Place corner edges on top. Cut 1 3 or more cookies per cookie. Place cut side down onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes. Remove cookies from oven and sprinkle with chicken bouillon concentrate (see Cook Guide ahead). For foil for cookies, extend oven rack with foil. Bake for 30 minutes per cookie. Cookies should be about 360 degrees F (185 degrees C).
